This project has been dragging it’s feet somewhat and I’m relieved that Homestead’s direction is now becoming firmer. I’m certainly going to be shooting with monochrome in mind, perhaps even split toned.
Perhaps taking my time with this body of work has been beneficial as I’m uncovering layers of complexity both within the landscape and my response to it that are taking me by surprise. The body of work will be all the more eloquent for it.
