Several years ago I sat on a cliff top and gazed out at a landmass a few miles across the slate grey sea. I’d spent a few days here, on the Isle of Mull, but my eyes were constantly drawn to the north, beyond the bounds of my knowledge.
That land mass turned out to be the Ardnamuchan Peninsula and I managed a visit a few weeks ago. We wild camped on the edge of the beach from paradise and here are a few shots taken within yards of our ever open tent. All of them were taken an hour before or after sunrise or sunset. The islands are Rhum and Eigg.
A return trip is a definite!
Wondrously powerful images.
Can I share the link on Facebook?
