Silverdale Dawn

There’s not a lot going on here. As the dawn sun glances across the rising tide flocks of waders follow it inland, silhouetted amongst the ripple and shine of Morecambe Bay.

Shot using the Canon 100 – 400mm zoom I’ve tried to catch the sense of silence and solace that photography in these places can instil. The blue and magenta tones of dawn are so close to the filmic teal and orange aren’t they!
