I was commissioned to do a pre-sunrise shoot at the V&A Museum on the waterfront of Dundee which proved to be very interesting.
The interior lighting was harsh and contrasty and needed me to take between 3 and 5 exposures of each image and merge them in order to capture shadow and highlight detail, something my client stipulated he wanted.
The exterior of the building needed a similar approach due to the deep blacks and bright whites. All in all a good and challenging shoot topped off by an hour or so working the railway bridge.
