I don’t know who was the most suprised! My camera was already pointed into the water as I was about to shoot the cloud reflections, when up popped a cormorant. Fortunately it was very close as I was using my 17mm lens on the Pen F.
Blue was the colour of much of the lake boundary, ice holding the colour of the sky.
